Oh Deer .
Natura Morte’ (still life) that beautifully embodies the very essence of someone through the carefully curated objects collected over the course of their unique lifetime. This artistic exploration delves deep into female existence by showcasing cherished possessions that serve not just as mere items, but as vessels brimming with stories, rich memories, and boundless joy. By highlighting these thoughtfully selected artefacts, we illuminate the intricate details of women's lives, showcasing how their treasured possessions intricately reflect their diverse experiences, identities, and aspirations. Each item, in turn, becomes a tangible symbol, rich with meaning, representing the multifaceted and captivating journey of womanhood.
I have explored delicate works with a clean, bone-like quality. The fragile components gain depth and significance through careful assembly, creating a harmony that encourages viewers to reflect on the meanings held by cherished objects. Through my artistic practise, I initiate a dialogue about identity and memory, weaving personal and collective narratives of womanhood that resonate with universal themes of attachment and remembrance.
